E-COACH offers you 3 convenient subscription options based on your needs. Once a subscription is placed, it will be automatically renewed each month. For those of you who need nutritional guidance, you can opt for the Platinum membership, or purchase a Diet Plan as a separate option.
Once you subscribe to E-COACH, you will receive a welcome email within 24 hours, along with a username and password for your account. You will be directed to log in to the site and complete the initial fitness profile, found under the Assessments link on your homepage. Based on this information, we will prescribe the ideal workout program and/or nutrition plan to help you reach for fitness goals.
