The Whaley PT Nutrition Program provides you with
- Nutrition services in conjunction with a licensed dietitian. Most personal trainers offer nutritional guidance based solely on their own experience.
- Learn how to eat properly with foods from the grocery store and restaurants. There are no supplements or pre-packaged foods to buy.
- An exercise prescription from a professional certified fitness trainer. Most popular commercial diets offer exercise advice given by diet consultants with very little fitness training.
According to licensed dietitian, Dr. Jane Pentz, the diet industry has a 95% failure rate. 95%! The diet and supplement industries are simply marketing scams. If you don't have equipment, your trainer will bring some.
Choose One-on-one Training of you want a private session focused entirely on you. Choose Buddy Training if you would like to share the cost of training with a friend or if you like the added fun, consistency and motivation of having a training partner. There are two Online Personal Training options to choose from depending on the level of support you wish to have. Video demonstrations will ensure that you are performing exercises correctly. Your workout routine will show you exactly what to do every week including the amount of weight you should use, number of repetitions, number of sets, rest time, and training days. Print out your workouts so you can view them anytime, anywhere. Track your weekly exercise routines with the workout log provided. Then, just click a button and the tracking log will be sent directly to your personal trainer. Your trainer will know exactly what you did, how it went and any questions you might have.
