Then, you've come to the right place. My name is Lynne Lafferty and I am the owner and head trainer of LJL Fitness, LLC located in Katy, Texas. I know the economy has us all feeling the squeeze, but I don't think that our health and fitness should be pushed to the end of the "budget" line. By offering fitness programs and nutrition education at reasonable prices, I believe we are a great fit for anyone!
LJL Fitness, LLC was created to help people keep their total wellness a priority.
"BootCamps" are all the rage today, but I didn't want images of a drill sergeant dressed in fatigues and combat boots, shouting at the top of his lungs to come to mind. So, I decided to call my class, Fitness Camp. Plain and simple. It's a camp, but the focus is fitness. Total fitness. I'm still an instructor, but I'm also a coach and a motivator who loves to help people improve in the area I know and love best...FITNESS!!
This website was designed with you, the client, in mind. Once you become a Fitness Camp member, I'll assign a username and password to you, then you can login and begin utilizing the features. You can still register for the camp without logging in, just go to Join My Fitness Camp Now!
With your login, you'll have access to the exercise and nutrition database that you can view from anywhere at anytime. You'll also be able to check your form through the exercise demos and track your weekly exercise routines. Having access to my website will provide another great way to ensure your success. You'll have access to a huge exercise library so that if you ever have any questions about how to do a move, you can just quickly look it up. You'll also be able to read valuable fitness articles and tips. Plus, you can send feedback about all of your workouts with one easy step and stay in daily contact with me, your trainer.
If you don't want to join a Fitness Camp but still want some help with your exercise program, then a custom workout plan might be what you need. I'll design a program for you to follow that will show you exactly what you should be doing every week to ensure you are meeting your fitness goals. In addition, you can contact me anytime for questions and support. I'll be there for you to ensure your motivation!
