I get asked this question a lot - "So, what is Online Personal Training?". Some of you have been curious to know how I can train people without being in the gym or at their home with them. Most of you have asked these questions, or have been interested in my services, and I wanted to give you a taste of what its all about.
Simply put, Online Personal Training is the result of the natural progression of fitness tools for today's technology driven world. The basics of online personal training are just as it sounds - training clients by delivering content and information online. This is done by receiving your personalized workout plan on your computer.
As I mentioned, the workouts will be designed specifically for you and will take into account your goals, the amount of time you have to spend on exercise per week/day, if you are going to work out at the gym or at home, or what kind of equipment you have access to. All of the workout programs are personalized for YOU and are not computer generated. It think this is what makes my program so unique. All you need is 30 minutes per day and the commitment - I provide the rest!
Meal Planning Services - Nutrition and exercise go hand-in-hand. You can't do one without the other without achieving your fitness goals! The meal plans included in the online program have been designed by a RD and personalized for your goals. Whether that would be meals plans for weight loss, muscle gain, vegetarian and vegan, or a meal plan for a person On The Go! Online Meal Planning and Online Personal Training provides a comprehensive fitness program for weight loss, toning or muscle building."But Jennifer, I'm the kind of person that needs accountability and motivation. How can online training work for me?" The great thing about my personalized online fitness programs is that I am available to you 24/7! If you have a question, you can email me any time! I also encourage participation in one weekly motivational call. This is an interactive motivational call with your coach and other online personal training clients designed to answer questions about exercise, nutrition, goals, challenges, and anything else that we can fit into 20-minutes!
I also provide Lifestyle Coaching - this weekly 20-minute telephone call will inspire and motivate you, answer your fitness questions, and provide a little kick in the butt, if necessary! We will also use this time to modify and adjust your fitness program if necessary.
Your Online Personal Training website includes a message board to communicate with your coach and other friends within the Exercise On The Net Community - people with the same goals and challenges.
