EXERCISE
As a member you'll use my comprehensive library of more than 1,100 exercise demos. Each includes an animated demonstration and specific written instructions so you can always be sure you’re using the correct form when working out. You can put together a workout routine using your favorite exercises or you can instantly access 100s of ready-to-go workouts that are available for immediate use.
Some exercises can be done without using any equipment while others can use dumbbells, resistance bands, stability balls, weight machines, medicine balls, balance boards, and ropes. In addition my workouts are categorized by fitness level to make sure you find enough exercises to keep you challenged and motivated.
NUTRITION
Good nutrition and physical activity go hand-in-hand. You need to both exercise and eat healthy to successfully reach your fitness goals.
As a member you'll have access to a nutritional database of nearly 7,000 foods. This gives you an abundance of valuable information about servings, food categories, calories, and carbohydrates as well as a portions calculator based on the very latest food pyramid recommendations.
You get healthy recipes and nutritional tips that can be used when you can cook at home and when eating out.
To help make tracking easy you'll have on online food journal where you can easily input your breakfast, lunch, dinner and everything in between.
INFORMATION and CHARTS
You'll have your personal fitness webpage that will allow you to keep track your progress with a daily fitness journal and healthy activity guides.

Why is Personalized Training better than Self-Training?
Some of us will do fine with a large auto repair manual or a computer programming book. But most of us will get far superior results, not to mention quicker results, if we have an expert with lots of experience guiding us along the way.
That's why as good as my Self-Training program is I feel confident in recommending for quicker results, nutritional guidance and continued accountability there's nothing as good as my Personalized Training.

Once you sign up for Personalized Training I’ll set up your exercise and nutrition plans and schedule your weekly follow-ups.
I’ll check your daily nutrition, cardio, and weight training log-ins and together we'll monitor your progress and adjust your routine as you make continued progress. We’ll do this until you meet your goals.
Our interaction is the difference between just having a plan and following through on it. Believe me I will hold you accountable for your results!

When you sign up for personalized training I will interact with you on a regular basis. By monitoring your nutrition, cardio, and weight training logs I can keep your workouts fine-tuned and you on the fast track. But accountability is much more than that.

The mental aspects of fitness training are often ignored but not by me. I not only will be open for any questions from you I will use my background in psychology to give you the mental boost you need to finish your physical training with the highest degree of results.
