Losing, or gaining, weight is often what most people use as a gage to determine fitness success. But my experience is that when you begin to add lean muscle in a way that tones and increases flexibility you really start to look great. |

Different sports have different training requirements that make individualized exercise and nutrition programs a must. Using speed drills, core and stability exercises, and proper stretching techniques I’ve been able to improve performance in sports as diversified as volleyball, softball, and golf.

I have worked with pre and post surgery clients. I have trained clients that have had: fused backs, hip and knee replacements, MS, fibromyalgia and many other ailments. Rehabilitation therapy requires complete communication including with your doctor. Together we will put together a safe, effective plan that includes continual monitoring and supervision. |

It was August 2006 and I was at a point of fat desperation when I met Dana. My weight was a growing problem - a symptom of just letting things happen in my life without enough focus on my part. So I needed someone to help me focus. I hired Dana after one session. I knew she had the focus herself to get me where I wanted to go.I was 5’3” and 178 pounds. I knew I had a ways to go. My goal was 140 pounds. To date I have lost 42 pounds and counting. The new goal is 125 pounds (photo not shown yet). I’ve gone froma 14 petite all the way down to a size 4. I’m actually the right size for my height now.

While all results are individual these are actual results of clients I've worked with. Your results will depend upon following your plan and staying focused on your goal. However the most important part of meeting your goal is getting started.
